Legal aid for whistleblowers of corruption cases
CLA will provide free legal aid to whistleblowers of corruption cases in accordance with the Law on Protection of Whistleblowers in Kosovo. Free legal aid will be provided through these actions, but not limited to:
- Providing legal advices regarding the rights and obligations of whistleblowers;
- Providing advices or representation by a lawyer in case of violation of whistleblowers rights; and
- Other forms which aim is promoting and respecting the rights of whistleblowers, whether at administrative or judicial bodies.
